dont think experience is an issue because

Many of our players have played for several seasons in the premier. Four seasons for players like Ruddy, Martin etc. O'neil and Bassong even more.
We have a team with far more premier league experience than Bournemouth and Watford. Maybe even Leicester.
Lack of footballing intelligence and lack of ability are the bottom line.
