How many of our squad have been in teams that've been relegated?

I suggest too many. We don't have a squad thats used to being "successful" apart from in lower leagues and that includes the management, board and playing staff. By sucessful I mean staying up comfortably. That's our problem in my opinion, we don't have a winning mentality throughout the club and that's been our problem in most of the years I've supported them. Maybe a little old Norwich syndrome?
