I'm nowhere near wanting him replaced.

As frustrated as I am right now I'm happy to see this as a longer term project with all parties reaping the benefits hopefully before not too long.
I also have sympathies with him over our piss poor transfer windows.
I remember back in August criticising McNallys embarrassing approach to landing Brady, offering ridiculously low amounts that were never going to be accepted, drawing things out and making us look all in all rather silly and like tight-wads. Plenty of regulars on here too exception to the audacity of McNally being criticised, but I think he's let us down on the recruitment side of things.
