All of this talk about Neil is, quite frankly, ridiculous.

If we get relegated, and it is still an if, then I can't think of anyone else that I would rather have as our manager going in to next season.

Of course he has made mistakes and is still learning, but if that wasn't the case then he wouldn't be at Norwich. What we have got is one of the brightest managerial prospects in the English game, and we would be mad to lose him.

Let's just remember how things were before Neil with Adams in charge, at which point we should be delighted with the position we are now in - 17th this season will, if we get it, be an overachievement.

This is not 'little old Norwich' talk, it is realistic talk.
