Is our defence that much worse on paper than Leicester on an individual basis?

Left back
they have Fuchs an Austrian international and we have Ollsen a Swedish international.

Right Back
They have Danny Simpson - bit of a journeyman after starting off at Man Utd. We have Wisdom who is supposedly a up and coming star at Liverpool. Or Martin a Scottish international.

Centre Back
Huth & Morgan - Huth a solid pro who's been in the league a long while and played for bigger clubs but is getting on a bit and Morgan who's played most of his football in the championship and come to the perm relatively late.
We have Bassong who's been in the league for years and played for bigger clubs and Bennett who's played most of his football in the lower leagues but was bought as a future star and has been at the club for sometime now.

To me there is not a huge amount of difference in terms of the quality of the individual players. The biggest difference to me is that Leicester have leaders and organisers in Huth & Morgan where as we have followers in Bassong and Bennett both look so much better when they have someone to tell them what to do and to boss them around.

Leicester also have a coaching team who know how to organise a defence I have seen no evidence of our coaching team being able to organise our defence and coach them to become a better unit.
