The guy's obviously got something wrong with him, but for my part ...

... a) He illuminated an absolutely dismal side with some mesmering performances, and his partnership with Iwan Roberts did much to kick-start the career (in my opinion) of not just his Norwich City career, but also Iwan's, and

b) The money we got from his sale - and we didn't get anything like what we could have done for our other decent youth team products of the mid 90s (Mills, Eadie, O'Neill, Cureton, perhaps Andy Marshall) for various reasons, I honestly think Bellamy is the only one from whom we could not have hoped for better - helped Worthington kick-start the club.

Obviously NW's irredeemably f**ked it up, but it set us on our way to a play-off final and a brilliant Championship win, as well as a thoroughly engrossing (if ultimately disappointing) Prem campaign, which I honestly think never would have happened without the ?6m from Coventry.

Oh, and c) I generally tend to agree with him. Hamilton was a rubbish manager, Coventry is a s**t hole, Wolves fans are deluded w**kers, Alan Shearer is old and past it, and Souness IS a f**king prick. :P

Seriously though, I think it goes beyond Bellamy being a t**t in the manner of (say) Bentley or Savage or Todd - I think he needs (and has always needed) the same sort of psychiatric attention than Stan Collymore (eventually) got. I mean, what the f**k makes him tick?
