Similar thing happened where Mrs KC works

She had to reapply was told it was a formality, her other two staff were told to do same and almost walked out because of it. (They have job share, do three days a week each). Eventually after much persuasion they did and all looks ok.

But the really apply process was over two areas (approx 8 to reapply for 5 jobs) and it was fairly obvious which staff they didn?t want to retain. But as a result of re-apply process some of the better staff in other areas have had enough and resigned leaving the staff they would have minded losing in line for their positions.
