And yes, I was very polite and merely enquired as to why the premium had gone up so much. I was offered a reduction but mainly based around shelling out the whole lump sum up front. I don't know what those of you are saying when you say you'll take your business elsewhere, but to me the nice Scottish lady just said "I completely understand".
