How tight is your boss?

Can anyone better this? We've had a dripping tap in the washroom for about 3 months, boss too tight to get it fixed. Now he's worried about the increase in water bills, so he turns the water off and now we have to rummage under the sink to turn on the stopcock before going to the toilet. Some people can't be arsed (so to speak).
