For all my hatred of Bentley, I don't think he's "s**t" ...

... I think he's lazy and ineffectual and still has far too little conception of how to play for a team above playing for himself, and stupendously arrogant, but there is some raw talent there.

I don't see him amounting to too much though - he's not got a cat in Hell's chance of making it at Arsenal (which is why he's trying to play up a personality clash with Wenger - there may be one but the fact is he isn't good enough, as he proved here last season). Of the youngsters that have recently left Arsenal, Jermaine Pennant is far more skilful, offers far more as an attacking threat and contributes far more to a team.

He might get an England cap or two at some point if there's a few injuries, in some meaningless friendly - I wouldn't hope for much more than that though.
