Its fans at the games as well!

The point is that it doesn't matter whether it is only 3 fans that want him out and 24,997 that want to keep him. It is the boards responsibility to hire the manager and regardless of what the fans think, they should be able to recognise that he is doing a bad job. Sadly they don't.
