and Malky was never going to be good enough to play in the Prem. Now we have improved the ground/finances we should have more ambition and be looking for players with the potential to play in the Prem. We already have enough (too many?) of the "experienced old pros" you advocate in the squad. No more please. And Heckingbottom/Briggs were hardly exciting up-and-coming young talent (hence them costing us virtually nothing)
