The fact Doncaster is not a fan makes a difference and he has admitted as such. Of course, that usually means that you have someone cold and neutreal in charge, who won't be swayed by emotional ties and by his heart, but rather, by his head, but he does seem to be rather too calculating and devious on occasions.

It was straight up with Chase-he hated us, we hated him, there was no black and white. Doncaster doesn't come out and bite you on the bum in full view of everyone, he does the surrepticious little nip and pinch when no-one is looking and you can't even be sure it was him, although you have your suspicions...
