But if you could add in something about planning for contingincies too that would be excellent.

ie we should be planning 1 year ahead in case we should win promotion as well as if we stay down, so we will have identified the players we will probably need to survive, who are available, and thus be in a much stronger position to survive. Unlike last time, when it looked like we just got anyone we could, with no forward planning at all.
