See "Builders from Hell" was in the papers again

I do despair about the lowering of standards of British TV and the judicial system these days, apparently a woman called a builder in to fix her boiler and he was secretly filmed shagging her pet dog whilst she was downstairs in the kitchen. Amazingly he got let off when the case came to court as he was Corgi registered.
