Getting to Reading by Train...

Im going Reading next Tuesday and i just need some advice.

Im planning to go from Stratford, onto Richmond, then from Richmond to Bracknell (Im meeting my sis there and getting to the ground with her)

Does anyone know what the destination of the train is from Stratford that stops at Richmond? Also the destination of the train that goes from Richmond to Bracknell?
