Wigan is fairly central.

It might be a s**t hole but it is a better part of the country in footballing terms. Simply easier to get to and from other parts of the country from there.

I agree Henchoz and de Zeeuw were good signings, but to be fair we on WOTB were not too enthusiastic at signing older players like them when names were mentioned.

Incidentally I personally would rather see fantastic footy played by no-names like Fox, Crook, Culverhouse, Ekoku and youngsters like Sutton and Eadie than watch crap footy played by world famous footballers.
