Without it we'd be pretty screwed now, ?7m for the land the flats have been built on now, presumably more when they complete the second phase on the rest of the riverside, not to mention the maltings and land between the south stand and the road that allowed the Jarrold stand to be built.

Mind you if he'd have gone and O'Neill had stayed I bet we wouldn't have waited 7 more years to get promoted!
