We are legally obliged to sell Ashton IF he passes his medical (hope they don't do a scan) and agrees personal terms. These are the onyl conditions to be fulfilled.

Do you think that we have got a LEGALLY BINDING agreement with another club to buy one of their players, subject only to similar conditions?

If so, why do you think it hasn't been announced?

The facts look rather like we have not agreed a price with a club, don't they? I myself find that a bit depressing, because we can't negotiate on the basis that "We don't know if we'll sell Ashton and we don't know how much we'll get for him" any more.
