I have already given my two hapeth on the Ashton saga so Iwould like to make a few points about the match on Saturday.

I know it was poor defending but did you notice how the first and third Watford goals came from a player breaking down the right and planting a cross in? Also, did you notice how Watford were still looking for the winner even in injury time?

How long has it been since we saw a Norwich side playing with that kind of endeavour?

As for who Nigel will bring in to replace Ashton, well I am not holding my breath. We have been linked with Jerome and McSheffrey but I have a sneaking suspicion that we will still be sitting here this tme next week, waiting for something to happen. Worthy will then make a deadline day signing of Gray.
