the biggest problem we have had in the Prem is attracting players to take us to the next level.

Redmond is one of very few players we have that has the potential to do that. Not much point in getting 15m if you can't attract any decent players with it anyway. We should do everything to hang on to the likes of Redmond and Brady - players who are young and already can or have the potential to be very good players at this level.
