Sounds a sad story but......

All sounds a bit strange to me. If he's on a lease which can be terminated in less than a month as he seems to suggest then a bit silly to plough lots of money into a venue when he could have the lease terminated at any time.

Must confess not even heard of this place but then I don't get back to Norwich as much as I used to.
