Its not a personal thing, everyone is judged on their current performance , not past or future. I cant go to my boss and say look im 12% down this year , but hey last year i was up 20% .. please give me some bonus.
He would laugh me out of the door.
We are all big boys , we know the rules .. so does Worthy.. so please dont give me any of that short memories crap.
