After Ashton goes to West Ham would you be happy

if we got Jerome, McSheffrey and a right midfielder before the end of January.

Personally I would think it's decent business but only if Worthy then plays his best eleven.

Or should we give Worthy just ?4m in case he cocks up his transfers so a new manager has some money to spend in the summer?
