Both of those statments are actually untrue

East Anglia is less violent than any regaion except the west country, And of the towns in Norfolk both Thetford and Gt Yarmouth have higher figures. I think also Lowerstoft (Suffolk ) and Wisbech (Cambs) are also worse, and moving further afield so are haverhill and several essesx towns.
