I'm not sure someone not singing the national anthem

means they are disrespecting the war dead. Maybe they have an issue with a family who has such control in a (supposed) democratic society as a birth right?

Does not matter if Cameron he is the first or last man to do such a horrid act - he is the PM, not just any old bloke.
