we are looking at options around using GPS trackers to assist with shortcutting security questions when customers call us, the reasoning being that if we know customer X nearly always calls from one of two places, and that's where they are calling from this time, we could potentially fast track their security checks (and vv, if they're calling from several hundred miles away we might need to ramp up the security checks).

Same principle applies with the angle at which mobile phones are held, the pressure people use to press buttons etc.

There's some scarily whizzy tech out there.
