Even with his accent (which is nowhere near as bad as Lambert's was) he comes across so impressively in the media. Cool, calm, considered and thoughtful.

He has spoken to Fergie several times who has given invaluable advice on managing in the Prem, he likes his teams to play expansive football, every game is different and he will always tweak the team accordingly to expose opponents weaknesses and he is confident that NCFC have the players, the set up, the fight and team spirit necessary to stay up this season.
