Mobile phone upgrade help

I have a contract with O2 i can upgrade soon. They are not offering me anything decent, even after some haggling.

Is it worth pursuing or is it best to just up sticks and join someone else?!

EE currently decent deals on Iphone 6 and expecting them to droip further in next couple of weeks with the Iphone 6 S C Plus Ultra or whatever it's called.

Any other decent deals out there?
