Terrorism is the new communism?

We were never in danger of being nuked by the Russians and there's virtually no danger of us being blown up by a terrorist. We?re all more likely to be run over by a car on the way home from work than blown up by a terrorist.

Governments just like to have a baddy figure in order to justify their policies.
