aren't we supposed to be having a housing shortage in the UK?

Where are these refugees going to be housed long-term? Its a tough one to establish the priority need amongst the refugees and I'm not sure how you would go about this to make it a fair system? Glad that action is being taken to assist, just hope the most in need benefit.
