Nobody wants to deal with stuff that's difficult

Its so easy to say.....take every one in....even if you then encourage more people to get on horrible boats resulting in far more deaths.

As someone who works for a charity organization I can tell you if its a free for all, you get all kinds of people coming out of the woodwork.
You do the best you can to help the people who seem to need the most help.

The real tradgedy of the whole situation is that the most desperate people are not those making these journeys. The very poorest and desperate cannot afford the thousands that it costs to make these migrations.
