Strategy was British based players or players with experience of the league. Destro, Mbokani and lots of our other targets Larrivey etc don't fulfil that criteria.

As Jim has posted there was seemingly no philosophy or structure to our recruitment drive.

We signed hooiveld, Cueller and Miquel to address our CB issues this time last year. We have lost all 3 of those and not added a CB
