When I see a dead 5 year old boy being carried from the sea,

I do find myself thinking that there might just be something we can do about this, collectively, as one, to help people stop dieing.

A boy. A dead boy. On a beach.

We're humans, nobody is shooting at us, we're not seeing our children washed up dead on Holkham beach, we have money and intelligence. So what can we do?
