I think it's obvious they have an excellent scouting system in place

They have signed players of the right profile consistently and made huge amounts of profit in the process. I think you can sum up how much better they have been than us at player recruitment with RVW, our first real forray into the foreign market, with Wilfred Bony, signed same season for similar money - wasn't the first time they'd dipped into and had success in Europe either.
