this is exactly what I've been told by two separate people who work at Colney. They reckon it's going ahead next season come what may and one of them said there'd be an official announcement about it at Easter. The plans are all in place so they reckon. 32,000 final capacity. We shall see...but it may well explain this rather odd transfer window for the club.
