Turning into a typical McNally BPL window. Never been impressed. I assume it's wages

that's the sticking point with our first choices (which we left behind some while ago) and is still the problem with our 10th choices. It's a problem - how do you pay incomers twice what the existing squad are on - but it has to be addressed, otherwise we'll never more forward.
