Well the announcement of phase 2 should help with the financing of the upper tier. Borrow against money coming in from the development and /or use the
parachute money from next season + ?3m cash balance should pay for the Upper tier.

Paying back at least ?6.2m of (non director sourced)
debt this season should give headroom for more borrowing for the upper tier if needed.

This would explain why Worthy is having to wheel and deal re players to change the squad.
