This Quote Worries Me...

"Money raised could boost the coffers of the football club by millions of pounds."

-because, sooner or later, someone will say that it is not the case, that the money has already been earmarked, tales of wealth from the sale etc etc are exaggerated and that, infact, the whole thing has added to the club debt.
