tbh does a couple of things...

1) does tend to get people talking - as in JiT's relaxed...
2) identifies the toadies who give some famous business figure as an answer, whereas more honest/genuine people tend to do something like a family member who's supported them, or a former colleague/tutor who's really taught them things.
