These idiot interviewers need to be shot

People are under enough stress as it is without having crap pyscho questions thrown at them. I do interviews of people on a regualr basis and find that the best technique is to relax them and then encourage them to do the talking. No trick questions and certainly none of that psycho crap. Next thing we'll be asking for handwriting samples !
