but I've just wanted to see that one applied more often after McVeigh's booking at Sheffield.
btw on 606 last night Chiles suggested that the team that's just conceded should be allowed to kick off as soon as they're ready - if the other team's players are still celebrating that's hard cheese. I liked it!
