Reading the thread below made me start thinking, people obviously tend to rate theirs, and other peoples, level of support and passion on the number of games they get to.
This is wrong in so many ways, that I could type all night and still be going, but I won't...
Simply, there are a hell of a lot of things that can stop people from going to games regularly. For me, a student at Loughborough Uni, its distance, price of trains, and time to fit in degree work that are the major factors. Now I used to have season tickets when i was younger before I went to Uni, and yes that was when we were a mediocre team finishing in the bottom half of a mdiocre league each year, but I refuse to use that as reasons to make me a better fan.
As soon as I am earning, and in a position to go to games without bankrupting myself then I shall, and I shall enjoy them immensely as i do every time i do get to Carrow road. I feel my knowledge of the game, knowledge of the team, results and opinions could match any Norwich fan in recent years - yet some would have the cheek to suggest that i may be less of a fan as i can get to less games.
I feel all efforts should really be directed to helping our team get promotion, and install that feel good factor once again - that starts around the ground, in the ground, fans on the internet that can't get to games, those in Australia/ USA wherever they may be, everyone makes a team - whether they be casual or diehard.
