Unfortunately, the Norfolk cricket development officer doesn't exactly sound enthusiastic about it.
I reckon with the right ground in the City we could draw decent crowds for most games and could probably with investment attract some good players to the area (plus retain the good ones we currently lose to other counties) but i suppose the big issue would be the viability of the whole project. Would have to spend money initially to attract decent players without the sort of income that football can rely on and with not much guaranteed income from crowds etc so would perhaps need a sugar daddy to get things going.
