how are you actually quantifying levels of relief?

is there a recognised formula or scale? or are you just offering a subjective view?

or, did you poll all the players and get them to quantify it by return of a ballot paper by email/fax/post/telex with a relief score of 1-10?

please explain as this is VERY IMPORTANT
