There must be better ways of structuring it than one FA, one vote though

The current system concentrates powers in the hands of continents with lots of a small nations irrespective of demographics or the prevalence of football. Perhaps continental associations should have votes aggregated according to their demographic weight? More importantly, the board needs to be overhauled. Term limits, lay members, and transparent external auditing just for starters.
