After Cam Jam scored the camera zooms in on a shirtless guy in the crowd with a big scar

vertically from nipple level to belly button region.

He seems to start to beat his hand against the scar in a life affirming celebratory way, just as the camera cuts away from him.

I'm intrigued to know his story. Anyone know the bit I mean and if so, who the chap is?
