Getting over the ground expansion problem

Stage 1
Demolish snakepit infill.
Build two tier snakepit infill to link up with Barclay.
Stage 2
Demolish infil between City Stand and River End
Build two tier infil in its place.
Stage 3
Erect temporary stand in front of hotel
Stage 4
Demolish City Stand
Build two tier stand to link up with new infill stands.
Stage 5 (When we win Champions' League)
Install planned second tier under roof of Jarrold Stand (Stand had been designed to accommodate this expansion).
Bit at a time, not all at once obviously.
