Building a fan base as well as a stand

The long term health of the club requires new fans to be developed (sorry, that's a horrible term). Casual fans need to be able to attend, bringing their kids with them so that there's a growing and renewing fanbase. If it's hard to get tickets and football's a thing on the telly that's potential fans lost to the club.

Given the current fantastic support that requires extra capacity.
