The no parade thing makes sense.

After all didn't we had a decent parade yesterday with the 40K there and the fans watching at home.

A lot of the international players have to take this week as they are back at it soon.
The players need/deserve a break.

Why not have a mini-parade at one of the home pre-season friendlies.
Nice summer evening, parade and then a bit of international footy vs Barca, Juventus or Real Madrid.
